quiet and tranquil setting though situated close to all facilities right in the town centre. Light & spacious rooms with air conditioning.

- Studio (sleeps 2) (19 to 22 m²): kitchenette, living room with 1 double bed, + shower room with WC or living room with 2 single beds, bathroom with WC.
- Studio (sleeps 4) (around 28 m²): kitchenette, living room with one double bed and two folding beds (without security gate, forbidden to children under 15 years old) or a cabin with bunk beds (with security gate) bathroom with WC.
The apartments are set up with the following elements:
- Kitchen: oven or microwave, electric hot plates, cooker hood, fridge
- Living/dining area: TV, air conditioning, direct phone, Internet connection possible
- Bathroom: Bath tub or shower

Motorway A8, exit Le Cannet Mougins. Follow signs for Cannes Centre, along Boulevard Carnot. At the bottom of boulevard Carnot turn right on to Avenue de Grasse which leads to Traverse de la Colline. The residence is a short way up this road on the left.

Cannes station, from where taxis and buses are available.
- By plane
Cannes is served by Nice Côte d’Azur airport. Road connections via the motorway. Regular shuttle bus service.
- Additional information
Cannes Centre, the Commissariat Central. Avenue de Grasse, then left into Traverse de la Colline.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
All cancellations must be made at least 1 working day(s) prior to arrival. If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserve the right to charge for 1 day(s) accommodation.
